Products from multiple-item orders will not be shipped individually. To save you money, your order will ship once all items from the same order are packaged together. But higher delivery charge of your multiple item order applies when you select 'Combined Postage' option.

Your products are delivered by courier right to the door with a 1-3 working day delivery target, online tracking and confirmation of delivery.

Delivery targets are guides only and we cannot guarantee your products will reach its destination within the delivery target. Delivery to and from  rural and remote areas may take longer.

All products from "Gift Shop, Birthday Loot Bag Shop, Wall Flower Decoration, Birthday Decoration Package(to pick up) will not be delivered by "Courier" and these are delivered within Auckland Metropolitan only by "Alice in Balloonland Ltd".                    5 - North Shore.      $20  - Auckland city, Orewa.    $25 - Auckland Metropolitan.  When you purchasing these items on "Shopping Cart" menu,  you need to select "Balloonland Ltd" as a delivery company then select zone.

All products from  "Balloonshop" will be delivered by "Courier" for just $5

All Products from "Equipments" will be delivered by "Courier" for just $8 except 'Dual action hand pump, 160 pump, Balloon mount, Sticty dots'($5 delivery fee applies to these 4 products)

If you discover an error in your order requiring a change or cancellation, please contact us immediately , After an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Order Cancellations

If you decide that you wish to cancel the order that you have placed using the online shopping facility, please contact a member of our retail team.

There will be 10% re-stocking fee on all cancelled orders(except 'Gift Shop Items'-Gift items are not returnable under any circumstances). If the product has already been shipped you will need to make arrangements to return it to Shopping Mall. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping to and from the scheduled destination. Product must be returned on the skid that it was shipped on and in the same condition that it was received. All order cancellations must have a return authorization number, all returns without authorization will be refused. we are happy to accommodate requests for changes if the order has not been dispatched.(except 'Gift Shop Items') With sufficient notice, orders may be rescheduled without a fee, although additional delivery charges will apply if the delivery address changes and the delivery charge to that address is highter than the original address.

Return & Refund Policy

Most items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of your product's shipping date.

Items must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, packing materials, manuals and all other accessories and documentation provided by our company. All Shipping back to Shopping Mall is paid for by the customer. No credits or refunds will be given for any Products except BALLOON SHOP(raw materials) and ACCESSORIES. If your return is Not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund. If you did not receive all of the products ordered or the quantity ordered, please contact our customer service department by e-mail or phone. All claims must be made within within 7 days after receipt of shipment. Some products are not returnable under any circumstances - please see the important exceptions outlined below. Products which are improperly packaged. Packages affixed with counterfeit label(s) or affixed with labels exhibiting tampering. Products with any standard certification labels removed. Any dents, scratches, defacement or abuse of base casting. Torn or punctured tape seals. Loose, damaged or removed screws/fasteners. Software that is not defective and open can not be returned for any circumstance. No refunds or exchanges will be made on discountinued or end of life propducts. * Refund could be made within 7 days from the date of purchase upon 10% restock fee will be charged for such refund. * Goods return after 7 days are subject to 15% restocking fee.

Please allow up to 15 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our warehouse. If you need an immediate replacement, we recommend that you place a new order and request a refund of the original order separately.

We reserve the right to deny credit or replacements and charge the customer for parts and labor if the products returned are deemed satisfactory or non-defective.

We will refund up to $6.00 of your shipping costs to return defective products. We are not responsible for customer shipping costs to return non-defective or incorrectly ordered products.
